Event Info

Iconic Venue
Overlooking the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline, Liberty National Golf Club boasts some of the most scenic views in golf. This will mark the first time that LNGC will host an LPGA event, having previously hosted PGA TOUR Playoff events and the 2017 Presidents Cup.

Groundbreaking Format
Showcasing the stars of today alongside the future of the game, 120 LPGA players will compete alongside 24 top-ranked junior girls on the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Tour, creating an unprecedented week of education and access to inspire the next generation of LPGA Tour players.

Influential Tournament Host
LPGA icon and Major Champion, Michelle Wie West is a trailblazer on and off the golf course. After stepping away from professional golf to focus on family and advocacy, she accepted Mizuho Americas’ invitation to host its first-ever LPGA tournament, based on shared values and commitment to making an outsized impact on women athletes, youth, and society.

Founding Partner
Mizuho Americas, a leading corporate and investment bank in the Americas, envisioned a unique LPGA partnership aligned with their shared values of opportunity, equity, and advancing the next generation of talent. Together with the LPGA, AJGA, Liberty National, and tournament host Michelle Wie West, Mizuho has created a purpose-driven event that will promote women athletes and set new standards of competition and collaboration.
